Established in 1992, The Red Balloon was formed by Rosemary Fletcher and Julie Massey in hopes of inspiring other mothers to create amazing parties at home. Over our first few years, we expanded our decorating service - delivering to and decorating hundreds of venues across Kent.

The Red Balloon quickly made a name for itself due to it’s friendly staff, unbeatable value and stunning displays.
