This product, along with all of the foil balloons at The Red Balloon, are designed to be filled with helium gas so that it will float. If purchased online without any filling specifications, this balloon will be delivered flat so that you can fill it at home or from your local helium balloon gas provider. (Is that us?)

Unlike our competitors, The Red Balloon will ship all flat foil balloons with a suitable weight and decorating ribbon, so you don't have to worry about paying anyone else anything extra apart from the cost of the gas.
