- How do I view / change my account information?
- To check the details we have on file for your account, navigate to Your Account Dashboard. To edit your basic account information, such as name & e-mail, click on the Account Information tab at the left hand side of that page.
- How do I view / change my billing or shipping address?
- To check the details we have on file for your account, navigate to Your Account Dashboard. To edit your billing/shipping address information, click on the Address Book tab at the left hand side of that page. Note, this information is always confirmed by you at checkout, where you can also edit such details.
- How do I view recent / previous orders?
- To check the status of ongoing or previous orders, navigate to Your Account Dashboard and click on the My Orders tab at the left hand side of that page.
- Can I re-download any downloadable products I purchased?
- Of course! Navigate to Your Account Dashboard and click on the My Downloadable Products tab at the left hand side of that page.

- What is a Wishlist?
- The Wishlist feature offers you a personalised list of all the things you, or your organisation, would love to purchase from The Red Balloon. Once generated, you can easily send the list to friends, family and co-workers.
- How do I create a wishlist?
- To create a wishlist you must first login, or register an account to an e-mail address, so we can save your list of products to your name. To add items, browse The Red Balloon.co.uk and when you stumble on something that you'd like to purchase, click the "Add to Wishlist" button. You will then be prompted to add a description to your added item if required (e.g. 'For Sarah's 11th Party').
- How do I share a wishlist?
- Once you are happy with your wishlist and want to share it, navigate to the My Wishlist page of Your Account Dashboard. At the bottom of the wishlist page is a button marked 'Share Wishlist'. Simply click this and enter any e-mail addresses you would like to send the list to (maximum 10 per day) along with a message if you require.
- How do I add the contents of my wishlist to my cart?
- If you would like to purchase the contents of your wishlist, navigate to the My Wishlist page of Your Account Dashboard. At the bottom of the wishlist page is a button marked 'Add all to Cart'. Simply click this and the products in your Wishlist will be transferred to your cart, ready for checkout.

- What are delivery costs?
- Delivery prices for the majority of goods bought from The Red Balloon are less than our competitors 'standard delivery rates'. You can get a quote for the delivery costs of your goods on the shopping cart page, where you will be presented with various shipping options. Currently, we use Royal Mail's Recorded Signed for™ service.
